Chicken Parmesan Sliders


1 lb pull-apart dinner rolls 🥖

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 🧀

8 crispy chicken strips 🍗

¾ cup marinara sauce 🍅

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese 🧀

2 tbsp melted butter 🧈

½ tsp garlic powder 🧄

¼ tsp onion powder 🧅

1 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿


Cook Chicken Strips: Prepare the chicken strips according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden.

Assemble Sliders: Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by the crispy chicken strips. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.

Top with Cheese and Butter Mixture: Add the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.

Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
